Refund policy

We have a 14-day return or exchange policy. This means you have 14 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it — unworn, unused, with all original tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide your receipt or proof of purchase.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. 

To start a return, please contact us at team@shaddow1007.com. Once your return request is approved, you will receive instructions on how to ship the item back to us.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item and confirm it meets our return criteria, we will issue a refund. Refunds will be processed within 3-5 business days after we receive your package.

Damages and Quality Issues

Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, contact us right away at team@shaddow1007.com. Quality issues must be reported within 72 hours of delivery, and the item must still have all tags attached and be in unworn condition for us to evaluate and resolve the issue.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

  • Sale items and items marked “Final Sale” are not eligible for return or exchange.
  • Gift cards are not eligible for return.
